Adam R. Deluca, Esquire has performed an extensive estate planning and administration practice since 2011, handling some issues seen only by attorneys engaged in practice for many decades. His detailed knowledge of the relevant statutes and case law makes him a frequent lecturer on the topics of wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts and related issues. Mr. Deluca practices in other areas of the law as well, including Medicaid, landlord/tenant, collections, family law, personal injury, and real estate. Mr. Deluca frequently provides pro bono estate planning services to the senior citizens of surrounding counties.
Mr. Deluca is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and attended undergraduate at Temple University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Real Property, Trusts and Estates Law Section; Pennsylvania Bar Association; and Cumberland County Bar Association, Real Estate and Probate Section.
A lifelong resident of Cumberland County, his background and training includes pharmacology and information technology. He is a trained Mediator and he has served on the Board of the Friends of the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library since 2014. He is also a member of the Order Sons of Italy in America.
